2. Orders
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Minimum order value is ₹3,000.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
- Prices are inclusive of product cost. GST and shipping are calculated separately.
3. Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and availability.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural events.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
4. Payment
- We accept bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI, and Cash on Delivery (select areas).
- Full payment must be received before dispatch for prepaid orders.
5. Cancellation & Returns
- Cancellation is allowed within 2 hours of order placement.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
- Replacement or refund will be processed within 7 working days.
6. Safety Disclaimer
Products must be used under adult supervision. Follow all safety instructions provided with the products. We are not liable for any injury or damage caused by improper use.
